维生素K1产品用途

用途一:维生素类药,用于维生素K1缺乏症、凝血酶过低症、新生儿自然出血症的防治等
用途二:作食品强化剂。可用于婴幼儿食品,使用量为420~475μg/kg

维生素K1生产方法

在锌存在下由邻甲基萘醌与醋酸酐还原、乙酰化生成乙酰化甲萘醌;然后在氨水中水解,再在三氟化硼催化下于醚中与植物醇缩合得二氢化维生素K1;最后经水解、氧化、提纯、精制即得产品。
